Refund policy

We take great care when packaging and shipping your artworks, on receipt of your order please do inspect your purchase and contact us at hebelton@gmail.com within 24 hours if the item is damaged so we can evaluate the issue and find a resolution.

If you’d like to return your order, please contact us on the same email address within 7 days of receiving it to request a full refund. 

Returned items will need to be sent safely to the following address within 14 days of receiving them. They will need to be returned in their original packaging and sent via a signed-for postal service.

The cost of returning the items to the gallery is at your expense and all goods remain your responsibility until we have safely received them.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the return is approved, you’ll be notified and refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days.
